Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Xintu purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
- 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same good condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
- Full Refund: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.
