2. Use of the Application

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Xintu application. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the app. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Xintu for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Interfere with the application's operation

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within Xintu are the property of Xintu or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce or distribute any content without our express permission.

5. Refunds and Returns

We stand by the quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • We offer a full refund for items returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original, good condition and original packaging.
  • Once inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
